Refunds and Cancellations for Donors
VACT has a rigorous vetting process for projects, but once donations are disbursed, we are not responsible for successful project completion or auditing of project expenditures. Questions regarding the use of project funds should be addressed directly to the project proponent.
Project Compliance
All projects supported by VACT must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Failure to do so may result in crowdfunding project cancellation.
Board Review and Approval of Projects
Projects submitted to VACT for prospective funding will be reviewed and voted upon by the Board of Directors. Only projects receiving a majority vote of support will be launched through VACT.
Liability
VACT is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained while visiting or volunteering at projects or sites shared through or supported by VACT.
Intellectual Property
All copyright, design rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) featured in this website belong to VACT and/or third parties. Unless otherwise stated, VACT reserves all of its rights and nothing in these terms grants you a right or license to use the intellectual property owned or controlled by VACT or any other third party.
